Because every litigation case is unique, our firm primarily bases our services on hours worked and our current hourly rate is $200.00 per hour.
However, we do provide some of following flat fee services should such services fit within your needs.
- QDRO Preparation $325.00
- Pension Valuation $350.00
- Very Basic Valuation (to be used in settlement negotiations but not suitable for trial or testified to because of the limitation in scope) $750.00
- Very Basic Actual Determination of Income for self-employed individuals (to be used in settlement negotiations but not suitable for trial or testified to because of the limitation in scope) $750.00
- Very Basic “need & ability” to pay calculation (to be used in settlement negotiations but not suitable for trial or testified to because of the limitation in scope) $1,250.00
- Preparation of Deposition questions for an opposing party or another expert, specifically
financial issues $500.00 - Preparation of Request for Production or Interrogatories in cases where you require specific
financial information $500.00 - Compilation and Preparation Divorce discovery to be provided to opposing counsel $500.00
